I used to really enjoy this place 6 years ago. When I had an açaí craving last weekend, I visited and was extremely disappointed. I got the regular sized Verve Bowl for $12.50 (pretty standard price for an açaí bowl). The açaí was grainy, the strawberries and blueberries were sour, and the honey didn't pair well at all. I’d much rather get the Açaí Primo from Jamba Juice (essentially the same as the Verve Bowl) for $11. Or even the Sambazon Açaí Bowls from AmazonFresh… Lastly, the staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. They didn't acknowledge customers entering or leaving the store. I also noticed them passing judgmental looks on at their customers that did nothing to deserve it... This is an issue that needs to be brought up to management.

I am trying to see the positive side because the people who work there are nice. I had an acai bowl. It took a lot of them for them to have it ready. 3 of them were working hard and kept themselves busy but the speed wasn't there. Seems like they need a better strategy for being efficient. The acai bowl didn't taste all that good. It was very sweet. The honey they put in made it sweeter and it tastes more like syrup than pure honey. The presentation was not as appetizing. The purple base was more like rice cake texture and didn't taste pure as I had expected. I will not come back.

Wow! Verve bowls is outstanding! I love this location because it’s tucked away in the apartment complex. Nicholas was very kind and helpful! He deserves a promotion! The ingredients are fresh and I feel great after eating the bowls. I can’t wait to try out the new Kale Yeah! We’ll be back.

I ordered thru Doordash It was packaged really nicely. Everything tasted great. Still really cold. I made some mods, they did it. Didn't take too long Kind of expensive, but I feel that's a given I'll be back next time I need a hangover cure forsure

I found the Acai bowls to be rather simple and expensive compared to some other options in the city for the sizes. Any addition is $1.25 !!! The regular size could be a great snack, definitely not a filling meal. I tried the Vervalicious bowl and I found the base a little too heavy with peanut butter. Honey, Agave & Coconut is complimentary.

Delicious bowls!! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I thought it was a little small. For $10 bucks I’d expect a bigger portion... the large is like 35% more, whew!

The açaí bowls here were SO good! A lot of options and cute atmosphere inside too. We got them to go and drove to Kerry Park.

5/5 stars on the bowls and smoothies... super fresh ingredients. 0/5 stars on the customer experience. It’s not uncommon to wait over 30-40 mins for your food to be made. I ordered online and the anticipated pickup time was 20 mins and had to wait an additional 15 mins after the quoted time to pickup the order. To management: Please staff your store with more people or stop taking orders you can’t fill in a timely manner.
